Halloween Bag

I made a Halloween bag for the challenge and using Stampin Up dsp with orange tabs. These bags always are fun to make since you can use any paper for any occasion.
You can find this pattern over on Splitcoast Stampers.

Happy Crafting,

Fall Acorn card

I have a new card for the challenge and this is to use fall colors. Is this card not cute using a Acorn shape for a Thanksgiving loving.

I love using an embossing folder to give a card a punch of fun and style.

I hope you are enjoying cooler weather and keep warm.

Happy Crafting,

Harvest Pumpkins

The fall is coming and we can smell the wood burning and apple pies cooking. I love the leaves turning and then being able to see far in the woods while walking.

I have joined again Jennifer Brewers Inky 2013 Holiday Session with challenges and tutorials. It started on October 20th and runs until Nov. 2, 2013.

We are given challenges to win prizes. Well the first day was "Pumpkins". I had seen on Michelle Zindorf's blog a wonderful card to case. Well here she is:

Items used on card:
Stampin Up green & black c.s. for card base, white for pumpkins and stamped flower image, orange pumpkin I used embossing folder w/swirls, the dsp is by Bo Bunny, punch swirl.

Here is the other card I made but the one above is going into the challenge;

Items used on card: white pumpkin stamped on lightly, orange pumpkin is paper from the Bo Bunny set, black card stock, Bo Bunny paper,

This is the link to Michelle's card:http://zindorf.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com/tutorials-for-sale/

Now for the challenge today we are to use punches. I saw the cutest card on Ebay and knew I would love to case. Here is the link:http://www.ebay.com/itm/Crow-Punch-Art-Stampin-Up-Thanksgiving-Card-Kit-5-Cards-/161128707753?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item258404f6a9

Archetype giveaway and finding yourself.....

I was over on "act normal be different" blog and she is having a giveaway in regards to knowing your type of person. She is giving away a Visa gift card with a signed book "Archetype".
http://www.bedifferentactnormal.com/2013/01/my-archetypeme-discover-who-you-really.html

I firmly believe in someone knowing your type of personality. There are alot of books, test and surveys to take. You may have even taken one in your church or school. I first took a test and class in my church.

My love for crafts and people has always been in my life. I have a mother and grandmother who loved crafts. So that was in my life for a life time.

I found that my caring ways really came out early in my life but more so in my work life. I have always been in a recptionist position. This gave me talents to come out alot of course. LOL Then I thought why do I want to be labeled as a recptionist all my life? Well God had better plans for that and I have been in this line of work all my life.

My sunny, happy and smiling self comes out all the time.  People do sometimes think I am fake, but really I am like this all the time. No one would know that inside I can scream of self worth. But I do have a very loving husband and my love of God does help me.

You should take this test or any test and find who you are. Remember you are special and if you do not let your talents come out, you will not be able to share those wonderful features to us all.
