Singing Right or Not on songs??????

I was over at Karen's blog "Sew many ways" today and she had the funnies saying she found. I am still laughing on this one.

It all comes about from how we hear the lyrics of songs. So many we don't hear the right words and have made up some very funny ones.

I love to sing and my husband will always tell me it was wrong. How dare he tell me that I sung it wrong maybe the artist got it wrong??? LOL

My thrift store finds....

I was able to get out and find some great thrift store finds lately. Just could not find anything for awhile but when I do it can be great.

Pink lamp-nice find and very excited. Sits in my craft room.

1. Green suede frame and now sitting in my LR.

Awesome frame that has now had the back taken off and will be painted or paper on it.

Me and Only Me Album....

Are you always doing things for people and stretching yourself to thin??? Well take the time to do something for yourself by starting a ablum about yourself.

I was browsing one of my favorite blogs by Michelle Wooderson. She has a fresh style of creating and airy. I was happy to meet her a few years ago at a CHA convention in Orlando. She was working the Papertrey Ink booth along with Heather Nichols. Two wonderful women and very creative.

Well Michelle is starting this summer a Me album. I really think this is a great idea. It is a wonderful reminder that as women I am special. I am important and I am super.

Days can go by and you feel down and don't like yourself. Well write down things that make you happy, make you smile, make you laugh and just might be silly.

I have many bad days but that medicine does help. I married a great guy and am so lucky to have someone tell me I am pretty, but I might not feel that way.

Well I am going to get off the couch and look in my closet and drawers for items to make my own album about MYSELF. I am women and hear me roar. Laugh a little. I am funny and will always laugh at myself.

I love to laugh and that is one of my greatest assest. People laugh because of it and that makes me happy.

Mother's Day Cards

Well I hope all the Mother's out there had a wonderful day and even you do not have children (as I) you were able to  enjoy the day.

My husband took me to lunch and then we headed to Walmart for some items. He does not like the store so just me. Then we headed home to the little ones (dogs) and fell asleep. My head was killing me and could not get rid of it.

So I got my cards out early this year and here are the ones I made:

All items are by Stampin Up. I love this paper. Sometimes I wish they would keep our favorites for abit longer.

I guess this came down the gene pool line.  But I have a DH who is not a social person, so a bit hard to have parties when this happens now in life.
